Paralegals receive practical exposure to Indonesian and cross-border legal matters, together with opportunities to strengthen their research, documentation, matter-management and professional communication skills.
Career progression will depend on sustained performance, qualifications, professional development and the firm’s operational requirements.
A Paralegal who holds the required legal qualifications and consistently demonstrates the capability expected of a lawyer may be considered for a Junior Associate position through the firm’s formal recruitment and assessment process. Such progression is not automatic.
