Introduction
Schinder Law Firm offers lawyers and young professionals the opportunity to build their careers at an Indonesia-based business law firm advising international companies, foreign investors and Indonesian businesses.
With offices in Jakarta and Bali, our lawyers work on corporate transactions, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, projects, regulatory matters and dispute resolution under Indonesian law. Our work spans industries including manufacturing, mining and natural resources, energy, infrastructure, financial services, real estate, hospitality, food and beverage, retail and lifestyle businesses.
Team members work closely with experienced lawyers, communicate directly with clients and learn how legal knowledge is translated into practical business decisions. We encourage our lawyers to develop not only technical ability, but also commercial judgment, leadership, client-management skills and a strong sense of ownership.
