Role Overview
Maintain secure and reliable technology systems while providing effective technical support across Schinder Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide user, device, software and network support.
- Manage authorised user accounts and access permissions.
- Monitor systems, backups and security alerts.
- Maintain IT equipment, licences and technical records.
- Report and respond promptly to technology and security incidents.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum two years of relevant IT-support or systems experience.
- Knowledge of networks, operating systems, cloud tools and cybersecurity.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Good English and Bahasa Indonesia.
