Role Overview
Lead Schinder Group’s technology operations, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure. This role ensures that systems are secure, reliable and capable of supporting a modern professional-services organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure, systems, networks and user access.
- Develop cybersecurity, data-protection and technology policies.
- Protect confidential client and organisational information.
- Manage technology vendors, licences, assets and projects.
- Lead incident response, business continuity and user support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant IT experience, including supervisory responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, cloud systems and access management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good English and Bahasa Indonesia.
