Role Overview
Lead Schinder Group’s people strategy, recruitment, performance management and organisational development. This role is responsible for building a professional, accountable and high-performing team aligned with the Group’s long-term direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation and employee development.
- Develop HR policies, career frameworks and succession plans.
- Advise management on workforce planning and employee matters.
- Strengthen leadership, accountability, loyalty and professional culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law or a related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant HR experience, including team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment practices.
- Excellent judgment, communication and confidentiality.
- Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia.
