Role Overview
Build and maintain trusted relationships with Chinese investors and Chinese enterprises, understand their business needs in Indonesia, and coordinate with lawyers and internal teams to move matters forward.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written Mandarin is mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate independently and confidently with Chinese business leaders and investment decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of Chinese business culture, communication styles and decision-making practices.
- Ability to identify client needs, follow up consistently and coordinate internal resources effectively.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in client relations, business development or professional services is preferred.
We are not looking for a conventional customer-service representative. We are looking for someone who can earn the trust of Chinese investors and connect them effectively with our professional team.
岗位职责
负责与中国投资者及中资企业客户建立并维护长期信任关系，准确理解客户在印尼投资与经营中的需求，并协调律师及内部团队推动项目进展。
任职要求
- 必须具备优秀的中文口头及书面沟通能力，能够独立与中国企业负责人及投资决策者沟通。
- 深刻理解中国客户的商业文化、沟通方式和决策习惯。
- 能够准确梳理客户需求，持续跟进项目并协调内部资源。
- 具备良好的英文及印尼文沟通能力。
- 有客户关系、商务拓展或专业服务行业经验者优先。
