Job Description
- Assisting Client Relation Executive in building and maintaining successful business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Making good relations with clients and maintaining all existing client.
- Meet with clients to assess and discuss communication needs.
- Assisting Client Relation Executive making quotation agreement and other administrative task.
- Managing Firm’s Social Media to support Firm’s marketing program.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree preferable in Management, Business Administration and Marketing.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, English.
- Proven experience with at least 2 year(s) of working in the related field required for this position.
- Experience in a marketing skill also a plus.
- Experience in Social Media handling (e-comm).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Meet with clients to assess and discuss communication needs.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
